Terms & Condition
These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid agreement regarding the rules and requirements for using the features and services of the TapakAsta platform between the users and the TapakAsta developer. By downloading, using, or accessing TapakAsta services, you agree that you have read, understood, acknowledged, accepted, and agreed to all the information, terms, and conditions of using the TapakAsta platform. Please note that policies, terms, and conditions may change over time.
General Terms
a. The platform is an application in mobile, website, or desktop form, managed by the developer and updated from time to time.
b. An internet connection is required to access the application managed by the developer.
c. The platform functions as a means to connect you with your employees in managing attendance records.
d. Device access is required to use the application managed by the developer.
e. Types of services available through the platform include:
i. Creating digital signatures
ii. Signing documents
iii. Managing documents that have or have not been signed
f. The platform serves to facilitate digital signatures for your convenience.
g. We will provide full assistance in development or troubleshooting if any feature experiences an error or related issue.
h. The features you use require your permission for us to store documents, signatures, and any other necessary data.
Terms of Use
a. You represent and warrant that you are an individual legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years old or married, and not under guardianship or conservatorship. If you are under 18 (eighteen) years old and unmarried, you represent and warrant that you have obtained permission from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), unless stated otherwise. By providing consent, your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) agree to be responsible for:
i. all your actions related to accessing and using the Platform and/or Services;
ii. any fees related to your use of any Service; and
iii. your compliance with these Terms and Conditions. We may suspend or terminate your account if this is not true. You further represent and warrant that you have the rights, authority, and capacity to use the Services and will always comply with the Terms of Use. If you register on behalf of a business entity, you also represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of and bind that entity to the Platform’s Terms of Use.
b. You may use certain features available on the platform.
c. You may use all features on the platform once you have registered on the Platform.
d. You are responsible for both the individuals you register and yourself if you register personally.
e. You must not harm or disadvantage any party in connection with the TapakAsta platform.
f. You shall use the platform solely for company, organization, group, or collective purposes.
g. By providing information to us, you acknowledge and agree that the information you provide may be used by us and our Service Providers.
